This is a 3-4 week "ENTRY" level fitness program. We have designed this program for the person that's either just getting interested in fitness or just getting back moving after a long lay-off. This program will teach you the foundational strength and movement patterns you'll need to eventually squat, deadlift, push, pull and carry safely and effectively without risking injury. This program also includes a simple cardio program and an early dietary modification habit.
